Our themes and plugins do not come packaged with any copyrighted photography. Ad Free Accounts
Members, subscribers, users agree to allow etastic.com to show ads on their sites or content when they cancel their ad-free subscriptions even if the subscription period has not expired. This is needed to allow us to manage the optional ad-free service.
You agree not to threaten etastic.com, members, subscribers, users, owners, hosting companies, and affiliated sites in anyway. Threats of legal action or other threats may result in immediate site deletion without warning to the member, subscriber or user. etastic, owners, hosting companies, and affiliated sites determine what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Indemnification.
User, Subscriber and Member agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold etastic, etastic.com, affiliated sites, moderators, and other associates harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable attorney’s fees asserted against etastic, its agents, its members, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by member, it’s agents, employees or assigns. Authors maintain all Copyrights to their work

Authors agree to allow their work to be displayed throughout etastic and its sister sites, “etastic’s main page”, and on search page results or other pages such as on the forum.

Server Abuse
Any attempt to undermine or cause harm to a server, or member, of etastic is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of other people’s sites on etastic is prohibited. Abuse includes attempts at “internet scamming” (tricking other people into releasing their passwords), password robbery, security hole scanning etc.
Any unauthorized use of sites or computers by a etastic member, whether or not the attacked site or computer belongs to etastic, will result in action against the attacker. Possible actions include warnings, site suspension or cancellation, and civil or criminal legal action, depending on the seriousness of the attack.
Abuse of Unlimited Traffic
Select etastic Ad-Free members are privileged to be offered an abundant amount or even unlimited traffic for their web sites. The intention of etastic is to provide a large space to serve web documents, not an off site storage area for electronic files.
To maintain the integrity of our service etastic will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.
Advertisements
Ad-Free subscribers can display ads on their sites. Non Ad-Free subscribers are not allowed to place advertisements on their site. Authors can use this site to promote their “own” books as long as they do not violate the other parts of these terms of use. etastic will place advertisements on your site for the purpose of generating income for etastic. You agree to allow etastic to keep any money or valuables received by etastic by advertising on your site.
Cancellation
etastic reserves the right to cancel service at any time.
Indecency Clause
etastic does not permit the public sharing of nudity or graphic violence. etastic services may only be used for lawful purposes. Transmission or solicitation of any material that violates United States Federal, State or other laws that may apply in this jurisdiction or your local area is prohibited. This may include material that is obscene, threatening, harassing, libelous, or in any way a violation of intellectual property laws. No material may be published on Web pages hosted by etastic that would commonly be considered “indecent” or “appealing to the prurient interest” also commonly referred to as “adult” material, nor will any links to such sites exist within the Web pages hosted by etastic.
Lawful Purpose
etastic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Members may only use etastic server for lawful purpose. Transmission of any material in violation of any Federal, State or Local regulation is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to copyrighted material, material legally judged to be threatening or obscene, and material protected by trade secrets. The designation of any materials as such described above is left entirely to the discretion of etastic management.
